The Journey of The Taste company started from rigorous consumer visits, we observed that most consumers have strong feeling that current Ready to Eat/Instant Food food brands are

TTC Meal Boxes are ready to eat. All you need is just Hot Water! It’s so easy. There is no cooking involved in the preparation of these meals nor any plates required as TTC Meal Box comes with Eco Friendly High Quality Paper-box.
How long does it take to get a TTC meal ready to eat?

Do I need to add anything to my TTC Meal Box meal before heating?

How are TTC Meal Boxes different from other packaged foods/ready to eat products?
TTC meals are specially cooked in Centralized Kitchen by employing the highest quality standards and is awarded with ISO 22000. We don’t outsource our production. We ensure every pack goes through a rigorous 6 Level quality check under expert supervision. In order to make our products healthier, hygienic, color and preservative free, we have chosen the Freeze Dry Technology which hails back to early 1900s where food was consumed in the same manner. This not only achieves all the above things but retains the taste, aroma and micro nutrients of the product. Moreover, these are things our competitors don’t take care of. Most of them either outsource or just do dehydration of the food which gives similar effect but has a compromise in Taste, Flavor, Aroma and most importantly Quality and hygiene.
Is it advisable to store leftovers of a TTC meal Box to consume later?
You can refrigerate leftovers and consume within 24 hours but we are sure that you will finish the whole box in one go 😉
How long can I store a TTC Meal Box meal if I have opened the lid on top but have not heated it?
The Box Contains secondary packaging as pouch which protects food from contamination. If the pouch has been opened then we advise you to consume it immediately as Freeze Dried foods are vulnerable to insect contamination and moisture reabsorption. They must be properly packed and stored immediately. Each time a package is re-opened, the food is exposed to air and moisture that can lower the quality of the food and result in spoilage.
Should TTC products be stored in the fridge?
Not required! You can store the TTC Meal Box at Room temperature.
Should the TTC products be stored at a specific temperature?
No, Not.At.All! Store it in a dry and Hygienic place under Room temperature and it’s good!

What is Home Style
TTC products are cooked in our central kitchen by maintaining safe and quality standards which ensure hygiene, with right mix of oil, ghee and spices, the way food is cooked at home.
As it is prepared in Home style and with No Preservatives it is not harmful at all and one can consume it daily without worrying about impact on health.
How do Products retain Taste, Flavor, Aroma, and Micro Nutrients for 6 months
Our food is produced with the help of state-of-the-art and high-end set mechanisms and freeze-drying processes, which are ultra-hygienic and rich in original nutrients, tenderness, texture, and essence. The Taste Company comes with a minimum of 6 months shelf-life under normal room temperature.
Why is the weight of the product less?
By using an advanced technology called Freeze Drying we remove moisture from normal food.
Ex: 500g of Normal Food after dehydration reduces itself to 200-250g depending on the ingredients. With removal of moisture, food’s net weight falls by 50%, rehydrating the same with hot water allows it to go back to its original weight.
How critical is the Right Quantity of water?
Right Quantity of water is very critical in terms of taste and texture of the meal. TTC Meal box has a packaging innovation which helps you to see the mark clearly on the pack even from inside which helps you to determine the exact water level.
What is the nutritional value and the list of ingredients for each TTC meal?
Each TTC meal is specially cooked in the Centralized kitchen using the highest quality ingredients. The ingredients and the nutritional value of the recipe are mentioned on the box. Read the ingredients carefully to avoid allergies and other dietary issues. We publish each and every ingredient used. If you calculate, our Ingredients sum up to 100%. No Hidden Ingredients No B.S.
Does TTC use Halal Chicken?
Yes. TTC uses Halal Meat only.
Does TTC contain preservatives?
No! We are against Preservatives or any artificial substances, for that matter.
What is the method used to retain the flavor and texture of dishes, as well as ingredients such as chicken? Are they consumable even after 3 months?
