General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
  These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual Partner
  The purchase contract is concluded with Srimurugan’s The Taste Company, Lätschenstrasse 5a, 9204 Andwil, Switzerland.
3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
  The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
  All prices include the statutory VAT (2.5%).
  • Shipping costs within Switzerland are 8.50 CHF. Orders over 50 CHF qualify for free shipping.
5. Payment Terms
  We accept payments by credit card and TWINT. Payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded.
6. Delivery Conditions
  • Delivery is only within Switzerland. The delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Express delivery is not available.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The customer bears the cost of returns. Opened food items are excluded from returns.
8. Warranty and Liability
  • The statutory warranty period applies. We do not assume liability for perishable goods that must be stored properly after the expiration date.
